We put our house on Sale in early 21 with one agency that did not go so well. We then put our house with an agency again early 23 which also did not achieve what we had hoped. Then Lee-Anne comes to our house to present her offer and we decided to give her one chance. The second house open we sold and that is almost 1.5 years after we started.
