I was recommended to David by a retired Real Estate Agent who had used him to sell her property recently. Upon meeting him he impressed me with his knowledge and presentation. He advised me to list at a price which was higher than my expectations, as he said similar properties were selling at the higher figure. Two open houses were arranged, on a Saturday and Sunday in the same weekend and an offer was received on the Sunday which David negotiated up to our original listing price.
