We’ve sold twice with Dave - once in 2018 and again in 2025 - and both times he exceeded expectations. We had our property rented through LJ Hooker, which Dave also assisted with. In the lead-up to the sale, we spoke with him several times and really appreciated his guidance on how best to approach the process. Dave has fantastic industry connections and helped us prepare the property by putting us in touch with an excellent local stylist, photographer, and conveyancer. We followed his advice on marketing and achieved a sale price well above and beyond our expectations, and a street record. Her honesty, truth and integrity was beyond reproach which instilled in both of us total confidence through every step of the process. As Helen also has interior design strings to her bow she was very helpful in guiding us in the presentation of our home for sale in today’s very competitive market. Nothing is too much trouble for Helen, I believe she is the hardest working Real Estate Agent on the Gold Coast. Helen’s negotiation and communication skills are above reproach, hearing how she handles each and every contract and followed up each of the buyers multiple times so that we knew that under no circumstances was any potential buyer going to be lost.
