The agency was supportive in access times for inspection and review. The process of signing the lease was explained and executed well. There is some disagreement regarding the status and maintenance of the unit, but overall the agency is doing its job.

I moved my 2 properties to LJHooker Southport earlier this year after being dissatisfied with the previous managing agents. Veronica found me a tenant immediately and negotiated a better rental return. The proactive philosophy exercised by LJHooker Southport is excellent and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. Thank you LJHooker Southport.
