He has been incredibly supportive and gone way above and beyond expectations in this process. He offered advice on pre-sale repairs, visited the house additional times to let people in, attended the valuation and pest/building checks etc. The house sold quickly and for the price I wanted. I chose Dean in part because of the reviews on ratemyagent and none of them were wrong - he really is fantastic. I am sure the new owners will also agree that his communication has been wonderful. I would most definitely use him again in the future.
