I met with Dean to discuss our options when my wife and I were considering selling our investment property. He advised what was worth fixing up pre sale and what would not be worth spending money on. He nominated a price bracket he expected the property to sell for and advised he could sell the property within that price bracket without the need for advertising expenses or endless open houses. He said he would have a buyer signed up within 2 weeks. A lot of people make bold claims to get your business then provide excuses but not the promised results. Dean had a signed offer on our property within 10 days for a price at the top end of his predicted price bracket for the property.
