Over the past ten years or more, my parents have used Dean to purchase and sell numerous houses around the Stafford area. This was the main reason I chose Dean when buying both my first and second house. He worked out to be just as good for me as he had for them. When selling my first home, it was a great house but on a steep block, buyers always hesitated at the angle of the hill. Dean worked really hard over many weekends with open houses and taking through potential buyers, some signed up but for reason A or B pulled out of contracts. Throughout all this Dean kept up like it was day one, working like a thorough professional all the way through and eventually he got a sale at great price. House two was purchased at lightning speed and with no worries at all through Dean. It has a flat block so this should make his life much easier when my lady and I sell it. We will soon be looking to buy an investment property and will be using Dean to help us track some thing down.
