Things don't always go to plan when your selling, we unfortunately had a couple of contracts fall over. Dean sold our house 3 times, for a price we where happy with each time. In the time the house was on the market it spent the majority of the time under contract, he still opened the house every weekend. He was able to give us the advice and assurance we needed at all times. He organised tradesmen when ours did not turn up, nothing was ever too much. If I ever need to sell a property I will be calling Dean.
