We'd been considering selling our property for a few years before we finally put it on the market. I'd been monitoring sales in the area and the one name that seemed to be linked to all the sales was Dean Hamilton. His sales record is without a doubt impressive - it speaks for itself. I met with Dean and found out why. He is a straight up, no nonsense agent who knows his stuff. All the other agents I spoke with before putting our house on the market tried to dibble sales speak to me. I worked out straight away they wouldn't be aiming to achieve the best result for us. At no stage during the negotiation process did I feel like Dean was trying to 'talk me into' a sale so he could do the deal. He provided fantastic advice around what we should and shouldn't do to get the house ready for sale.
