They are business like in their approach and I feel that my interests are being put first in the way they manage the property and in particular the tenants. They were very thorough and helpful in the stressful situation of moving house.. as my new property manager, Natalie and kristy have already been much more helpful than my previous manager. With my roster, it makes times I'm available to see houses or do certain things pretty tight but they were very accommodating and were always quick with their responses (even on the weekend... sorry Natalie).

I have experience cold or delayed response for any support requested in terms of requiring information for some of the ways to get used to the new building. Most of the time i felt that once the tenancy is singed, there don't seem to have any concern towards after support which they genuinely care. i had to push many time before there is any support given. They need to be more tenant centric as well. My view only reflects my personal experience and not overall LJ hooker agents
