LJ Hooker Subiaco manage two out of Metro rental properties for me. Out of Metro means fewer tenants, hard to get trades, and even harder to get to, to manage the preparation of property condition reports and homes opens etc etc. I've never had a day when the property isn't rented. The properties are always looked after and I don't have to worry about disaster calls on long weekends any longer. You know where to go to find good property managers.
