Marie was recommended to me as an effective agent who sells in Wembley. When I tentatively contacted her to enquire about selling my unit, she answered all my questions, and followed up our conversation, emailing her estimated valuation, comparative sales histories and likely fees associated with selling. Marie then stepped back while I took the time to think further. Once I made the decision to sell, Marie moved forward promptly, and held the first Home Open in December. After this opening, offers were made. I was comfortable accepting what I consider to be a fair offer for my unit as it is. Jacaranda Gardens has a lot to offer, both as a complex and because it is in Wembley. Especially being next to Herdsman Lake nature reserve and walks. I know that between now and settlement, Marie will remain professional and available to give advice if needed.

I had my unit listed for over a year with LJ Hooker. Not one offer even though other units were selling in the complex and of similar quality. It is for this reason I give one star. I requested Sam take it off the original sales representative as it was unacceptable to have had to endure that representative’s level of selling efforts. I had requested that it not be given to that representative but was told Sam worked with her. This was not the case, in my opinion.

Samantha and Mark were so professional, they knew all there was about the area, made suggestions about how to present my property and all was done so it didn’t impact my life, as selling can sometimes be a little stressful. Whenever I had a question, Samantha was always on hand and always had the answer. Both Sam and Mark always turned up to home opens with smiles on their faces , always happy for a chat and laugh and most importantly always followed up with feedback after home opens .
