From when we first walking into the real estate office through to the ultimate purchase of the property. Kira was a joy to work with. Charmingly polite and good humoured. Always punctual and with great attention to detail. She was clear with her explanations in person and by correspondence. I am pleased to offer my full endorsement as to abilities as a real estate agent

Really happy with Kalin and the Subi LJ Hooker team. The process from the start was smooth and stress free. I never felt rushed or pushed. Kalin always offered to help on any small thing and kept information flowing at the right times. Price achieved was well beyond my expectations - reflecting a solid early marketing campaign that got the attention of the right buyers. I highly recommend engaging Kalin if you want an agent without the cringe factor.

When I asked for a appraisal of my property it was available within days. After talking with Victor it was decided to put the property on the market. The ease and professionalism of Victor and his staff made the whole process worry free and the constant updates and any questions I had were answered promptly. Victors knowledge and experience particularly in the selling approach achieved a better out come than expected. I recommend his services to anyone who wants to know they have the right person who will give them the best outcome.

The same day I finalised the paperwork to list my property, was the same day Victor was able to sell it for me ! Even got a little above market value for the property. So pleased with the results that I whole heartedly recommend Victor.

While I didn’t work with Victor directly, his team were great! Jeffrey and Isabella answered all of my questions promptly and in great detail. As a first home buyer they made the experience much easier, would be happy to work with them again.
