An excellent experience in a highly emotional environment. Super happy with the service we received and will recommend Samantha to family and friends looking to get involved in real estate.

We were delighted with Samantha's commitment and expertise in the recent sale of our investment property. Samantha inspired confidence with her vast knowledge of past sales history and current market trends. She provided consistent and detailed feedback on home opens and efficient follow-ups on any interested parties. Samantha has a professional, yet personable, approach to her clients and we highly recommend her to others.

Samantha helped us sell our property at Jolimont with a unexpected high price, and she did that before the first home open. And Samantha is so reliable, trustable with excellent sales and communication skills. I highly recommend her if anyone wants to sell their property for the best result.

After several attempts to sell a rather unique property over the last 5 years or so, Sam delivered the goods. From day one, Sam was honest and open and managed our expectations exceedingly well. Her knowledge of the market was spot-on, marketing was great without being over the top (or super expensive) and we were delighted to be presented with not one, but two offers. We felt very "safe" in Sam's hands and were happy to go with her advice and suggestions to ensure we achieved a sale we were happy with.

Samantha's professionalism, confidence and real estate knowledge is irrefutable. True to her word, Samantha supported us through the process and made selling our house a simple process without hassle or stress. Her ability to sell houses shows as within a short 2 weeks of our property being on the market, it sold! Thank you for your hard work, we are over the moon and can't recommend you enough!

Victor Paz
Sam went above and beyond to support us in the sale of our property. Even before she was given the listing she made herself available to provide support and guidance as we attempted to sell the property ourselves. Once we had given up on that Sam was our immediate choice and we were so impressed by her commitment to get us the price we needed. We would recommend Sam and her team to anyone looking to sell a property.

Many thanks to Victor and the wonderful staff at LJ Hooker that helped me sell my property. Being a senior all the pressure was taken off me, leaving it in the good hands of the professionals, that resulted in a great outcome. I will definitely recommend Victor to family and friends.
