I signed Marie up after interviewing a number of agencies. I chose Marie as she is a good communicator and plenty of experience and contacts in the Wembley area. Our first sales attempt was not successful due to poor timing with the Covid-19 pandemic. However, she kept on the look out for prospective buyers and found a buyer for my silent listing. Once the buyer was identified she worked extremely hard to ensure that all requirements are met and she did everything in her power to minimise my efforts and to make the sales process as smooth as possible. For example, a couple of things needed to be fixed following a building inspector's report - Marie got quotes for the tradespeople, coordinated with the tenant and the property manager, and it was all sort in a blink of the eye. I strongly recommend Marie.
