Great Agent and a lovely person too
Right for the get go, Marie was professional and organised but friendly and helpful too. Even though it took slightly longer to achieve an offer than we had thought originally, Marie was always optimistic and determined to achieve a good price for us rather than just chasing low ball offers. Marie’s tenacity paid off and she brought us two offers, both above our expectations and achieved a 25% premium over the most recent comparable sale in our complex. Would highly recommend Marie as a selling agent.
