Stayed the course
It is easy to sell a property in a rising market and obviously harder to sell (for a good price) in a falling market. Zora and Michael succeded in both cases having sold our first home last year and our second recently. Their committment is unquestionable as they worked tirelessly including one private inspection that extended past 10pm on a weeknight and cancelling their personal lunch appointment to help us on a Sunday afternoon. So if you appoint Zora it really means you get two agents working hard for you. But I don't consider Zora and Michael to be real estate agents but rather real estate partners. Importantly, Zora didn't pressure us into accepting two low offers we received and even encouraged us to hold out for the right buyer who would see our home's true value and offer a fair price. They stayed the course and should, at the very least, be on everyone's shortlist when looking to sell. Thank you again Zora and Michael for delivering on your promise. Sincerely, Lindsay and Rachel

Pleasure to deal with

An Agent that met all our needs
