Highly recommended
Ben stuck with us through a long renovation. We were extremely impressed with his work ethic and friendly demeanour. When it came time to sell, everything was exactly as promised, the advertising campaign worked well & we were very happy with the final contract. Have no hesitation in recommending Ben if you are thinking of buying or selling in the Sunnybank area.

Excellent agent, professional, empathetic, and with high credibitiy
Ben was an excellent agent. I approached him and he gave me detailed and very credible information about the market, the selling process and ultimately the action. He was extremely responsive and gave detailed feedback after each inspection. He followed up prospective buyers diligently. I was thoroughly briefed about the action process and he negotiated a very successful outcome. He has a quiet and respectful manner and I would highly recommencement him to future clients.

Professionalism delivered by Ben was beyond exceptional! From day one upon meeting Ben, to his method of presentation of the marketing campaign, strategy, contingency plan through to cessation of contract as my appointed real estate agent. Ben never failed to respond and always delivered promises by keeping me updated on the progress throughout our campaign as well as post inspections with his honest feedback. Ben is a diamond in the rough whom I highly regard in the property market. Great results!!
Ben was one agent we interviewed for the sale of our house in Sunnybank Hills. His knowledge of the area and the type of buyer to target was the best by a long way. His communication throughout the process and in particular dealing with a high maintenance buyer took a lot of the pressure of us. Best of all Ben managed to get us more than $40k about what we were expecting for our house. Great agent that produces results. Would highly recommend.
