Professional and friendly
Justin's knowledge of the local area and the current market was extensive and realistic. He also has many connections with potential buyers. His expertise helped find a highly motivated buyer and we had an offer in just a few weeks. Justin and his sales assistant, Kelly Sawyer, are a great team. They kept us informed and up to date with every step. From our first chat at the dining table, to marketing photos and inspection from a potential buyer, they lead us through a very challenging time with ease . Justin returned our calls promptly and answered our questions and provided advice along the way. Justin was very professional but also friendly and approachable and nothing was too much bother. It was a pleasure to have worked with Justin for the sale of my mother's house and would recommend him to other people needing the services of a realestate agent.

Daniel excelled in all areas of marketing for my property. After trying another agent for 3 mths with no success Daniel took the listing and had a sale at record price within 1 week. Very helpful
