It's been smooth sailing with Justin handling things for both his client (vendor) as well as ourselves (buyers). Justin has been awesome to deal with and with our busy lifestyle we feel that he has gone out of his way and organised things that we should have done in terms of getting a building inspector out to the property prior to us purchasing and then a plumber to make sure property was ready for us to purchase-his initiative to get it done hasn't gone unnoticed!! Thank you. There are current tenants who are wanting to stay in the property so looking forward to working with Justin going forward.
