Brian was instrumental in our achieving a sale price 14% over bank valuation. He has a great understanding of the market and how to effective market a property. The photos & advert were excellent, Brian took over 600 enquiries and we had over 150 people at the home open. The process was really smooth, Brian was always contactable, even when on holiday, he gave recommendations for settlement agents, movers & gardeners all of which went well and spotted an issue regarding settlement date.
