Above and Beyond
Nick was a great help with my recent purchase. Nothing was a problem to him and he went above and beyond to help me in many ways. He was generous with his time and his knowledge and very flexible. He went out of his way to get any documents or information that I wanted, and in double quick time. He was trustworthy and honest and I really felt like I was dealing with a friend, not a realtor - this has continued after the settlement and I have had no hesitation in approaching him to brainstorm a number of things outside of the actual sale. He knows his area well and his open style gets things done in a practical and seemingly easy way.
