Well, what can I say. Nick Pelucchi is an agent from LJ Hooker. My husband and I found him when we bought our home in Clifton Beach. We were so impressed by his honesty, dedication and easy going nature that we decided to use him to sell our house in Palm Cove. We were able to call him at any time as he is very approachable and flexible. He is very understanding, however still gets the job done. Great service and communication - Craig went well above and beyond what I'd expected (or previously experienced from other agents). I'd already moved interstate, and Craig took it upon himself to keep an eye on the property and ensure that it was kept maintained and secure. His approach and attention to presentation made a huge difference - sold in weeks after a previous agent had had it for months. His focus on professionalism and straight talking has resulted in a great outcome for both us and the purchasers.
