Patrick organised and conducted advertising open houses and closed the sale by find answers for issues raised by prospective buyers. We had particular needs with one person having to stay in Canberra and teach while the other person moved to our new house in Queensland. Patrick made buyers aware that we wanted an extended settlement period of 90 days so that these objectives could be achieved. It has been difficult but it looks as though it is going to work.
