From the time I asked Andrew if he had anything within my budget and inclusions, he was really quick to respond, answered all my questions quickly and proactively. The first place he found that might suit me turned out to be exactly the right one, within my budget and I purchased it for a fair price. I didnt even need to look at aditional properties allthough he did provide me with a number of others within my price range. He has provided all the advice and made the whole process painless and much faster than I expected. Even though he is the selling agent, he provided me with advice on everything I asked for advice on and without bias. His opinions and suggestions were completely without any pressure, and in fact he encouraged me to take a second look at the property to make sure it was what I wanted and didn't have any issues even after I had told him I was happy with it and wanted to buy it. If you want friendly, fast, professional and honest advice from an agent as the buying or selling agent, I would definitely go to Andrew again if I buy or sell a property.
