Agent was unaware of the property's full features, unable and/or unwilling to answer all questions and wasn't able to fully address the issue of the false advertisement of the property advertised on the real estate website/s. I was even more surprised when the agent joked about the missing features listed in the false advertisement after signing the sales contract. False and mis-leading advertising is not a joke!
