Patrick was on time for every appointment, with regular calls and follow ups - I always knew where the process was up to and he discussed changes and suggestions with me. His knowledge of the local market and target audience was spot on and we sold quickly and above asking price in an uncertain market. For buying, he took time to listen to my requirements and didn't waste my time with properties just because they were on the market, and when the right property did come up, he knew in advance and made sure I was one of the first to inspect. Patrick was amazingly calm and collected through the whole process. Which made it easier as first home buyers as I had a lot of questions and got flustered easily.
