Herc was very professional and was amazing with communication and we found him to be a huge help
We were a complicated case and Herc went above and beyond to help us in everyday he could to get our loan across the line. He was always just a phone call away if we needed something, checked in twice weekly on our progress and communicated with the seller on our behalf multiple times. Very helpful and always a friendly greeting even after our purchase had finalised.

Well informed on local pricing, very professional and easy to talk to.
Was confident and charming to chat to. Had so much patience when our contract got dragged out and extra 2 months by banks. Very encouraging and went above and beyond to help us in everyday he could.
