Over a period of two years Herc and his team unfailingly applied themselves to presenting my property to the market and provided apt and prompt feedback to myself regarding the progress and prospects of the sale. Herc conducted numerous inspections with potential buyers over this time and was unstinting in his efforts to present the property to the widest range of clients. I have no hesitation in recommending Herc and LJH Tully as a top quality firm for listing your property.

Through the initial purchase process, the leasing and the eventual sale, all the team at LJ Hooker have been professional, responsive and easy to deal with, plus I always felt that I up to date and promptly informed about what was going on - particular thanks to Lauren and Malcolm in that regard. LJ Hooker Tully have been a pleasure to deal with throughout, and if I were to purchase another property in or around Tully, I would make sure that the purchase and management was through this agency.

Herc and Malcolm who we dealt with are very professional in their field. Herc has extensive knowledge of the area and surrounding areas. With being in the real estate profession for a number of years there is a confidence in movement of property and trends that pass on to the potential seller/buyer. An honest approach and integrity bides Herc and his team well and is much appreciated by us as I`m sure there are many more with the same feeling. We would not hesitate to engage Herc and his team again.
