We had narrowed our choice of agent down to two, one of whom was Justin. Justin was in the mix based on the number of sales he had made in the area and the fact that he had recently sold another similar property a few doors away. We had decided to give the property to the other agent based on the fact that he was a bit more flamboyant and struck us as more of a "salesman". He failed to show up for a 3pm meeting on the Saturday afternoon. I immediately decided if he couldn't show up for that meeting he might just miss a scheduled house inspection. I phoned Justin at 9am on the Sunday morning and asked him if he could meet us at the house that day, with papers ready to sign. He arrived 30 mins later dressed in a suit with wife and business partner Belinda; and the papers ready to sign. Justin's service was first class in every respect. He was always available to talk and he always returned messages very promptly. His communication after every property inspection was excellent. While the sale price was slightly below our initial expectations when we decided to sell (formed at the top of the market) to come up only $10K short of that, in a rapidly declining market, was an exceptional effort on his part and we were very happy with the final selling price. I will have another property to sell in the near future at Berkeley Vale and I will unhesitatingly be using Justin and Belinda to sell that property also.

Justin was very professional and provided us feedback every step of the way. He reassured us when we felt nervous and provided his advice and guidance when needed. Justin has great knowledge of our local area and we felt confident in his ability to sell our home. We could not fault Justin or his team and thank him for selling our home quickly and professionally.

We chose Jason and his wife Belinda due to their professional approach. During the marketing campaign we were kept informed of prospective purchasers and their feedback. We accepted the changes in market conditions and therefore achieved a good result.

i would highly Recommend Justin and his team at L J Hooker, whether it be buying or selling property in the Central Coast, his local knowledge of the area is outstanding, and goes above the required expectations when dealing with prospective buyers and sellers. He is very approachable and always contactable no matter what time of day that I required knowledge of what was happening. I will not hesitate to use Justin and his team again, and highly recommend his company to everyone.

I am very satisfied with my recent sale and have Belinda & Justin Bond of LJ Hooker Tumbi Umbi to thank! Their attention to detail surpassed my expectations and they really took the time to ensure they understood my goals for the sale. I was very pleased with the marketing and believe it helped land the Sydney buyer. I felt 100% confident in going ahead with the sale because I had two very knowledgeable and hard working agents to rely upon. Make Team Bond your number 1 choose for agent!
