We found Justin very helpful and able to inform us toward selling our home. His knowledge of the area is amazing which helped us come to an agreement and confidently giving us a market value toward selling our home. We would gladly recommend Justin.

Belinda & Justin Bond have just sold my home. I can’t say what a professional job they did. Everything was looked after by them and no stone unturned working tirelessly to ensure the right buyer for my house. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their home and be well looked after from start to finish. Don’t hesitate to just give them a call. Shane

Having interviewed 5 different agencies to engage in selling our house we chose Justin Bond of LJ Hooker Tumbi Umbi for his prompt responses to our enquiries, his follow up, and his reasonable charges. He and his business partner & wife Belinda, did not disappoint. We were kept informed all along the way, in the latter difficult negotiations, almost hourly. I found his advice wise and measured and believe that he negotiated the top price for our property.

Craig done a great job, selling our house in a downturn market. We put our trust in Craig to sell our house fast after purchasing elsewhere and he achieved a sale in a soft market where it has swung from a sellers market to a buyers market. A genuine guy that knows the local market and would recommend him to others

On doing my due diligence of agents in the area I instinctively knew before I met Justin & Belinda Bond that they were the people for the job. We had 4 agents through the property & their presentation was the best. Their knowledge of the area was sound & price estimation was realistic. Communication throughout the process has been first rate & their nothing is a problem attitude made us feel comfortable with our choice with them. We listed the property on Monday and had our first open house on Saturday and the property exchanged on Sunday achieving top dollar which we didn't expect. I recommend them not because we achieved top dollar but because they are a highly organised team.
