When we were looking for an agent for our property at Killarney Vale we knew we needed one with great local knowledge, reputation as well as experience as we knew that it was going to be a hard sale due to its location being on one of the busiest roads on the Central Coast. That's where Justin Bond fitted the bill. In our dealings with Justin, he maintained great communication, persistence and reassurred us there was a right buyer for every property. This reassurance saw us land a great price in the market at that time which Justin worked hard towards for us. Highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for an agent.

We appreciated Justin's professionalism when we purchased this property, such as prompt actioning of requests for information and access, through to a transparent and balanced handling of the final negotiations. We were impressed enough to subsequently give Justin our apartment to sell, which he also handled very professionally, achieving a price significantly above our initial expectation.

We chose Justin to sell our house based on his professionalism, recent sales records in the area, and knowing the local market. We were impressed with the way Justin made the process stress free and was happy to answer all our questions. His marketing and communication skills were most impressive and we were kept updated through every stage. We sold our house after only two weeks on the market at a price we were happy with. We have no hesitation in recommending Justin to anyone selling their home His knowledge, skills, professionalism, and results are second to none.

Justin did a fantastic job. He was able to sell the house for the price we wanted and keep the sale together when there was an issue with the building inspection report. Would happily use Justin again and would recommend him to any one who wants a hassle free experience selling their house.

I have sold two properties with Craig Trehearne in the last six months. On both occasions, Craig achieved an excellent sale value and sold them both quickly. Craig is a down to earth, genuine and credible Agent with a fantastic ability to negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best price. I wouldn't go to any other Agent. I have also purchased three properties through Craig on the Central Coast and on each occasion he has made the whole process easy.

Justin was excellent to work with on our sale. We dealt with him remotely as we don't live in the area and nothing was a problem for him at all. His market intelligence was spot on and he achieved a great result for us. We would not hesitate at all in recommending Justin. Michael & Tracey
