We highly valued Craig Trehearne's expertise when we decided to downsize from our five bedroom house to a smaller living style. He was a great help to us, in the negotiation of both the purchase and sale of each property, and in a friendly manner, offered helpful advice whenever we asked. Thank you Craig, for your assistance and your friendship. Rob and Margaret.

I believe Craig truly deserved and earned his commission when negotiating the sale of our property. He worked hard and along with his genuinely, friendly likeable nature, towards us and the purchasers he made the sale happen. We highly recommend Craig.

We were very happy with Justin, he helped us over two gruelling weeks to make this property ours. A lot of patience and communication and wanted to help everyone. He knew a lot about the area and was able to answer all questions we had. We are so excited for our new home and could not have done it without him. Thanks Justin!

Justin and Belinda Bond have just sold my home. I can’t say what a professional job they did. Everything was looked after by them and no stone unturned working tirelessly to ensure the right buyer for my house. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their home and be well looked after from start to finish. Don’t hesitate to just give them a call. Shane

Justin has an in depth knowledge of the local market, and has now sold/purchased 3 properties for us over the past 10yrs. On each occasion he has kept us fully informed on what the prospective purchasers were saying and what they expected. We have been been extremely happy with the results he has achieved on each occasion, thats why we have continued to consult with him and his team. Result > You could not do better with another agent.

Buying my first home and having no idea what to do or look for with so many agents from other places pushing me to buy their houses was very daunting. But I was recommended to look at Justin’s listings through a friend and it was the best decision I made. He really looked out and after me and made sure myself and the seller agreed on everything we wanted. Best experience ever. I’ve been recommending Justin to everyone I know who’s looking at buying in the near future. Especially my “First home buyer friends”. Thanks again Justin. :) Regards Stuart
