LJ Hooker Twin Waters opened its doors in 1999 as Twin Waters Realty Pty Ltd later taking on the iconic LJ Hooker Brand in 2005 and commenced trading as LJ Hooker Twin Waters. Agency Principal Grant Ormrod joined the team in 2007 as a Sales Agent. On 30th June 2017 Grant and wife Emma purchased the business and Grant has now become the proud Principal and Licensee of the office.
