After having to move out of our apartment in twin waters as the owners were selling (through Grant!) We were able to quickly find another rental in twin waters through LJ Hooker. We were asked by the owner of our new rental if we would like to purchase the home but my husband and i were not quite ready to buy at this stage....they put it on the market (through Grant!) and sold to an interstate investor who was happy to leave us as tenants....a few months later we were ready to buy and started looking at houses.
