We came for a 7 day stay to look for an investment holiday unit, and one for us to spend a couple of months away each year from our Victorian winters. With Grants help we were able to select the unit we wanted and effect the contract of sale within that week. Furthermore, Grant's advice and referral to the legal and body corporate advice we needed, helped facilitate this sale through to settlement within the month. This was not only cost effective for us but more importantly, we were able to enjoy the whole process. We are now excitedly looking forward to our first visit to our newly refurbished holiday unit later this month, after which the unit is leased right through until 2018. Our experience with ALL of the team at L.J. Hooker Twin Waters has been very pleasantly received and appreciated by us. They have always been professional, fair, friendly and helpful in every aspect of our business dealings regarding the recent sale of our property. We will willingly recommend them and their expertise to anyone we hear of making enquiries in this field of estate agencies. A very speedy initial contract (24 hours) unfortunately collapsed owing to a severe health problem by the prospective buyer. Not withstanding this another contract was raised in a matter of hours to another interested party. Subsequently, in a very short time settlement was achieved much to our satisfaction. Over the years we have brought and sold 6 properties. This was the first time using LJ Hooker. Frankly there is no comparison. The other agents were not in the same professional league as Grant and his team.. Grant provided straight to the point, practical advice on what needed to be done prior to listing, which we did, and subsequently helped with the sale. He provided a clear concise plan of marketing the property, which excluded unnecessary add-ons. He has a highly motivated support team and they pull well together. There is not one part of his service that I found fault with.
