Damien is a local resident of Twin Waters for many years and knows the market extremely well. He was very professional with a great support team, all of whom were very attentive. He managed to successfully negotiate a price that I was very happy with and all done with a sense of urgency. We cannot thank Grant Ormrod and his staff enough for their professionalism and amazing service whilst our property was For Sale with LJ Hooker Twin Waters recently. Grant achieved the price we wanted in a very timely manner, giving constant feedback on enquiries and house inspections. If he thought something needed to be addressed he advised accordingly. We always knew exactly what had happened during the weeks our house was on the market via newsletter and via telephone communication. Immediately after the end of each house inspection we had a direct phone call from Grant filling us in on the attendees at the inspection and what the feedback had been as well as where we were heading in terms of a strong sale. We never felt like just a number - we always felt like we were in very capable hands. Thank you again Grant - this is the second home you have sold for us and happily we were also able to purchase two houses through you as well. If anyone was wanting to select an excellent estate agency up on the sunny coast, I would not go past Grant Ormrod and his wonderful team at LJ Hooker Twin Waters. I have dealt with this office originally in securing a purchase some three and a half years ago, used them as rental agents, that proved to be a major plus in handling our unit rental, then engaged their services to sell that Unit. It wasn’t an easy sale for this agency as they are in competition with an on-site agent but the whole process was well planned and very well executed which secured a very satisfactory outcome. Having dealt with a myriad of agents in Brisbane over many years, Grant's solid attitude to instil in your decision making to go ahead and achieve your goals made the whole selling venture a pleasure almost.
