Sold with no fuss and complete transparency.
John is a true gentleman and knows the Victor Harbor market extremely well. Nothing was too much trouble, plus he was able to provide me with other contacts required to sell the house. The sale and settlement went very smoothly considering that due to Covid there were zoom inspections and I was also based in Torquay Victoria. The communication was channels were always open. I highly recommend John Mowling and LJ Hooker in Victor Harbor.

An amazing, family friendly realtor
John was fantastic at communicating regularly, keeping ours and the sellers best interest in mind simultaneously, allowed our young children to be in the office while we met with him which was a nice change from other realtors. Best Agent Ever
