Our experience with Carolyn was as the Purchasers of the house which she was selling for the Vendors. This was a private sale. In the early stages, at short notice, she made herself available and arranged times for us to inspect the house. She had a very good knowledge of the specifics of the house and promptly responded to any questions which she wasn't able to answer initially. As part of the contract of sale, there were a few items which needed to be completed. She communicated with us regularly on the progress of these items. Carolyn made the purchase process very smooth for us. It wasn't high pressure, which we appreciated, but the process was still handled very efficiently.
