We named John our agent because we knew of his capacity ,reliability and knowledge of the real estate market.We were not disappointed, quite the opposite,we as sellers had personal problems and had to be absent from Victor Harbor while the sale was on and therefore relayed completely in John for all the event,showing,contracting,closing,etc. He did a thorough job, he helped us with the preparation of the house and got us the best possible price and once the property sold he helped us ,again, with aftersale procedures, talking to the Conveyancees, the bank,etc. We can't find enough words of praise for his work, he is the best you can have,experience,knowledge,devotion to his job,reliability and understanding,both of the market and the people involved with in. John was a great help during the purchase, contract and settlement phases. We purchased this property from interstate and he made every effort to communicate any building issues or concerns. John was honest and reliable making the process stress free. He was accommodating with our aging parents who are moving into the house and took them through the building several times. John was friendly and able to assist with our requests such as handing the keys over to my parents so they could move items in before it rained.

Carolyn was always willing to answer queries about the proposed purchase and requests for information of the area which was new to us. Her timekeeping for attendance at inspections was particularly good as she was always prompt and never tardy. Carolyn's liaison between us and the seller was excellent as she always responded promptly to requests and facilitated a meeting between us which proved beneficial to us as the buyers. Overall we appreciate the work of Carolyn and realistically could not have expected more.
