An absolute pleasure to deal with, couldn't recommend him enough!
Stuart was awesome from the get go! It was my first time selling a property and he happily took me through each step thoroughly to ensure I understood exactly what happens in the selling process. He kept up communication with me so I knew exactly what was going on and I didn't have to chase him up on anything. He is very down to earth and is very genuine and caring. Thank you so much Stuart for selling my property, couldn't be happier!

Very good Agent
Having only spoken to Stuart on the phone he has done exactly what he said he can do. He gave me a price average of what my house was worth and was nearly right on the money. In the first week of viewing he sold my property for higher than average. Very easy to deal with.

Exceptional Agent!
Incredibly, Stuart was able to dispel my pre-existing negative thoughts and cynical attitude towards 'dealing with a real estate agent' (not an easy task!) I was pleasantly surprised to find him extremely honest, insightful and very communicative - always ensuring he kept us up-to-date with where we were at throughout the 'sale process' and offering valuable advice. Stuart achieved a great result for us with the recent sale of our unit, so I would highly recommend his services and experience to anyone looking for a great agent.

Fantastically friendly and reliable
An honest realestate agent is hard to come by and Stuart Rimmer is certainly one of them. Having only known Stuart for a week I feel like I've known him forever. That's how personable and friendly a guy he is. Communication with Stuart is easy and a reply via email or phone is never far away. He worked his magic to allow me to see my place early which I'm certain lead to a successful sale. Highly recommended!

Communication between Agent and vendor excellent
Very happy with the service and feedback from Alicia andWayne after every inspection. Sold in the price range quoted by agent. Listen to my views on the wording of advertising. Very comfortable to deal with.Would recommend LJ Hooker Wallan to my friends .
