Many who may have entertained the idea of moving from the congested cities and coastal strip, finally due to Covid bit the bullet and purchased here in Warwick and it's greater region. I was pleased for my Sellers whom employ me to sell for them, as they realised their sales and sold well, often enjoying competition for their property, which has been great for our market. Listings are required to replace the vast number of properties that are selling during the past 20 weeks here in Warwick and Region. To give you a comparison to last year's business, in the first three months of this year, I closed on sales to the tune of more than half the business of the previous financial year.
