Agencies in Karara, QLD, 4352

From the beginning they were professional and proactive. They kept us informed every step of the way, offered advice and answered any questions we had. They are genuinely invested in achieving a great result and best outcome for our sale.

Taleah did a great job keeping me updated throughout the entire process of buying a my investment property.

Mark's initial meeting with us was friendly and open, when we discussed our initial asking price, he did not refute it, but encouraged us to ask what we wanted. That ended up being a mistake and when he gave us knowledge of the prices in the area a couple of months later, we dropped the price and then got more enquiries. As we were quite keen to sell, we agreed to an auction, this was attended by nobody due to Covid restrictions, so advertising and organised for nothing. We were not offered another day when restrictions were lifted and then had to drop the price again. Taleah and Vanessa came every weekend for open houses and were encouraging us all along, but very frustrated with our selling price in the end

I had such a great experience dealing with Nick. He was professional, friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything feel so much easier and was always happy to answer any questions we had. You can tell he really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help. I’m very grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking for a great real estate agent!

Nick knows a lot about the community and how to market my property, we had a few enquiries and was kept informed the whole time! Would use Nick again in a heartbeat, thanks Nick!

This is our second property we have sold with Nick. With absolutely no hesitation would recommend him. Communication with Nick is a amazing and true to his word.
