Christian Rowan, LJ HOOKER, Young, handled the sale of an estate house for me in November 2025. He took the project on even though it required a couple of months of work to get it into a saleable state, after being trashed by the last occupants. As I’m interstate, I relied on Christian, and his local contacts, for this exercise. Nothing was too much trouble, and the house was so well presented that it sold on the first day it was open for inspection, at a very good price. Christian was critical to this success.
