Dick was happy to listen to my requirements and had a good grasp of local properties that met those wishes.

Dick has been great to deal with especially his knowledge of the local area. He has gone above and beyond in assisting me to find local trades etc to get my home ready to move into as I'm not from this area. From the initial inspection, and a subsequent inspection again on the same day, nothing has been too much trouble. He is always contactable on his mobile phone including out of hours and when unavailable has always called straight back. I would not hesitate to call on him again should I be in the market to sell or buy real estate in Young and surrounds.

Selling our family home was always going to be a bittersweet experience, but Dick made the entire process feel as smooth and supported as possible from start to finish. He was consistently responsive, kept us informed every step of the way, and took the time to answer every question we had, no matter how small. What really stood out was his ability to genuinely listen. He understood the emotional side of the sale, while still guiding us with clear, confident advice. Dick’s professionalism, communication and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the process. He delivered an outstanding result, exceeding our expectations and making a difficult decision feel like the right one. We are incredibly grateful for Dick’s support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is not only knowledgeable and driven to deliver the best result, but also genuinely cares.
