Steven delivered information to me in a perfect amount. Not too little but just as importantly not too much. The correct balance of information was critical given my distance. It really enhanced the trust I had in him to do the right thing in the sale for myself and my mum. In what was a challenging market, Steven had to manage my expectations and ensure that I was was not ever expecting on the value returned. This was done excellently and professional in a manner that set me at ease. In the end his work in getting the number of bidders at the auction meant that we achieved a value that was above expectation given the market position. I credit this to him. I have no hesitation in recommending Steven Khawam to anyone in the property market in the area.
