I first met Soon about 7years ago when he sold the property next door to me. Over the past two year I have been watching the market as I wanted to buy a bigger property and Soon results were by far out doing the other local agents. When it came time to sell my place the market had dropped by 10% and selling properties was very hard! Soon managed to get me a price above my reserve and after only one open house!
