We were very impressed with Joseph from the moment we meet him. He was well presented, enthusiastic without being pushy, and appeared to agree with us on the selling points for our property. He did not set any unrealistic goals and was an excellent communicator throughout the process of open houses and the auction. Joseph sent us an email each Monday as arranged giving us feedback on the open houses. He would let us know the comments made by the people who inspected our home and who he thought were genuine buyers. We have no hesitation in recommending Joseph ( and have done so) to other home owners in the Guildford/Granville area.We originally had L J Hooker out to quote on the selling of our house because of the recent sales in the area but choose this agency because of Joseph Nasr. Joseph is a delightful person to do business with, professional at all times.
