The best real estate agent you can ever deal with

Joseph was the selling agent for my property, 2/162 William Street. From the outset, Joseph was honest with me and advised me that the market was softening and that I should set a realistic sales price of $650,000. However within 2 weeks on the market, Joseph was able to sell my property. He negotiated terms with a difficult customer and was able to come up with an arrangement that helped me. I was still able to achieve the sales price of $650,000 I was after. Thankyou for the sale Joseph! Anton

Joseph Nasr from LJ Hooker, Granville did a terrific job for us in selling our home. He provided sensible advice and guidance to us as well as managing the expectations of potential buyers. We observed his strong work ethic and kept us well informed during the sales cycle. Some of the best guidance was giving us information on the price of the property in relationship to other properties in the area, and how to maximise the improvements on the property to make the most impact before selling. On a personal level Joseph is very considerate, charming and professionally very easy to communicate with. He was very patient and sensitive to our family situation. It was a very positive experience working with Joseph and we will recommend him to all our friends that are looking to buy or sell a property. Kind regards, The Cruzado Family

I am writing to thank you for your superior management of the sale of my unit. I was exceptionally pleased with the sales price, you exceeded my expectation. I was particularly impressed with your personal integrity, honest communication with me about the process, feedback from the opens and the strategies you suggested we should implement to achieve a fabulous result. Once again thank you for an excellent result and without any doubt when selling my next property I will be contacting you.

Joseph looked after my property for many years as property manager and also sold it earlier this year for a staggering price that I didn't think possible. I have no hesitation at all in recommending him, he is one of the few honest agents out there.
