He seemed to have a very good knowledge of the local market. Always kept us up dated for inspections, and a follow up call after each of these, with prospective buyers offers. Three weeks was a terrific turn around seeing had already put a deposit on another property 2 weeks before. A large bonus was meeting our reserve price in the current market.
