Steven listed a property that I wanted sold at Auction. I didnt want to g Steven Listed my property and was very professional throughout the marketing campagin and Auction. He kept me in the loop with potential buyers feedback and impressions of the home, He was instrumental in recommending the marketing and advertising campagin and fielded a very large number of leads in which we would discuss after every open home. He also kept a very strong resolve in his approach in a waning and downturning market that had potential buyers trying to bash the value down of a very solid asset.
